The Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) will recruit one person for the post of Deputy General Manager for safety and quality audit in the office of the Managing Director, whose job grade is 5.
Academic Background: The candidate must have a graduation degree in electrical and electronic engineering from any approved or recognized university or institute.
Experience: The applicant must have 20 years of working experience in any government company or any renowned private company. The Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) will prefer people who have 3 years of practical working experience in safety and quality auditing at Metro Rail or Bangladesh Railway.
B. For Operation and Maintenance Division
2. General Manager (GM) in P-way and Civil
DMTCL will hire one general manager for P-way and civil in the operation and maintenance division, whose job grade is 4.
Academic Background: The applicant must have completed a graduation degree in civil engineering from an approved institute or university.
Experience: The applicant must have 25 years of working experience in any government company or any renowned private company. DMTCL will prioritize candidates who have job experience in the mid-level P-way at the Bangladesh Railway and three years of practical job experience in civil engineering.
3. General Manager (GM) in Store and Procurement
The company will hire one general manager for store and procurement, and the job grade for this post is 4.
Academic Qualification: A graduation degree in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, or civil engineering.
Required Experience: Twenty-five years of job experience in a famous private organization or government company. Three years of job experience at the mid-level in the work of store and procurement.
Preference: The company will consider an extra quality for people who have a degree in public procurement or training in procurement. DMTCL will also consider an extra quality for the candidate who has worked in the store and procurement department at the Bangladesh Railway.
