Remuneration

The commission offers attractive remuneration for its employees. The assistant judges will get a starting basic salary of 30,935 taka, which is higher than other government jobs. House rent and other allowances will be added to this basic salary. Therefore, the assistant judges will get a good amount of gross salary. Every year, an increment will be added to this basic salary. So, other allowances, including house rent, will also be increased every year. Age of the Candidate

Most government organizations allow a maximum age of 30 years. But the commission will accept the age of the candidate up to a maximum of 32 years as of January 1, 2024. So, this is a good opportunity, especially for job seekers who exceed the age of 30 but not 32.

Nationality of the Candidate

The commission will call for interviews only with candidates who are citizens of Bangladesh or permanent residents of Bangladesh.

Application Fee

Physical Qualification

Preliminary Examination

Every candidate has to participate in the preliminary examination of the MCQ (Multiple Choice Question). The total marks of this examination are 100 and 1 for every MCQ. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer to the MCQ.  The minimum pass number for this examination is 50. Written Examination

The candidates who passed the preliminary examination can participate in the written examination. The total mark for this examination is 1000. The average pass number for this examination is 50% of the subjects of the written examination. The authority will consider a candidate non-eligible if he or she gets below 30% in any subject. VIVA Examination

The candidates who passed the written examination need to participate in the VIVA. The total mark for this examination is 100. The pass number for this examination is 50. For more details about this examination, Click Here.

Examination Time Schedule

The preliminary examination may be held in May 2024. The authority will publish the detailed time schedule of preliminary, written, and viva examinations on the website of the commission and also circulate them in the widely circulated daily newspapers.
