Post Name: Chief Security Officer (Contractual Basis)
Qualifications and experience: retired major from the Bangladesh Army or retired equivalent officer from the Bangladesh Armed Forces.
Age Limit: The maximum age is 50 years, as of July 31, 2024. You need to submit an attested copy of your SSC or an equivalent certificate to prove your age. The bank will not accept a temporary certificate, admit card, testimonial, or APDEBIT for proving your age.
Tenure of Employment: Three years. The authority may renew your job upon your satisfactory performance in this job period
Salary and Allowance: The bank will set your salary and allowance based on the negotiation.
Scope of Work (TOR):
- The chief security officer works under the General Manager (HRD)
- He or she need to monitor and ensure the security of Head office, all branches and offices of the bank
- He has to formulate and implement policies, issue related circulars, and write letters time to time to ensure the appropriate security of the bank.
- To formulate outsourcing policies for taking security services from private security guard providers and to complete contracts and all other formalities through inviting tenders as per rules.
- To complete the MOU or contracts with Ansar or private security provider
- To take necessary steps considering the security of bank.
- To pay for the security service to the ansar engaged in Head Office and private security guards.
- To take necessary measure for fire prevention and fire fighting purpose.
- To ensure the security of the bank and its branches especially in holiday including Eid
- To take necessary measures for the leave and unapproved leave of the security guard by communicating with the security guard provider.
- You have to perform some more duties and responsibilities which are given in detail in the circular.
